Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us at SOLS SA. We use Swiss Post to ship our products to customers in Switzerland. Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Rates: Prices will be quoted at the time of checkout. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which will also be calculated at checkout.

2. Shipping Times: Our standard shipping option will usually take 2-3 business days for delivery within Switzerland. Expedited shipping options are also available for faster delivery times. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the product and your location.

3. Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the Swiss Post website.

5. Shipping Restrictions: We only ship to addresses within Switzerland. We do not currently ship internationally.

6. Delivery Issues: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with Swiss Post. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues caused by Swiss Post.

7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package at the post office, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
